Teknologi Flexible Port Partitioning (FPP) memanfaatkan standar industri PCI SIG SR-IOV untuk secara efisien membagi perangkat Ethernet fisik Anda menjadi beberapa perangkat virtual, memberikan Kualitas Layanan dengan menjamin setiap proses yang diberikan Fungsi Virtual dan diberikan bagian bandwidth yang mencukupi.

Virtual Machine Device Queues (VMDq) merupakan teknologi yang dirancang untuk memindahkan sebagian dari pengalihan yang dilakukan di dalam VMM (Virtual Machine Monitor) ke perangkat jaringan yang secara khusus dirancang untuk fungsi ini. VMDq secara drastis mengurangi overhead yang berhubungan dengan pengalihan I/O di dalam VMM yang sangat meningkatkan throughput dan kinerja sistem secara keseluruhan

Berkemampuan PCI-SIG* SR-IOV

Single-Root I/O Virtualization (SR-IOV) melibatkan pembagian sumber daya I/O secara lokal (langsung) di antara beberapa mesin virtual. SR-IOV memberikan suatu mekanisme di mana suatu Single Root Function (contohnya Ethernet Port tunggal) dapat ditampilkan sebagai beberapa perangkat fisik terpisah.

iWARP/RDMA

Intel® Data Direct I/O Technology merupakan suatu teknologi platform yang meningkatkan efisiensi pemrosesan data I/O untuk pengiriman data dan pemakaian data dari perangkat I/O. Dengan Intel DDIO, Intel® Server Adapters dan kontroler berbicara langsung kepada cache prosesor tanpa perlu melalui memori sistem, mengurangi latensi, meningkatkan bandwidth sistem I/O, dan mengurangi pemakaian daya.
